Stall rates at Leap of Faith Farms range from $595 to $795.  The only thing that changes between rates is the size and type of the horse's "real estate" -- everything else is identical, including feed, bedding, and access to the facility.  (If you are looking for a low-cost "no frills" option, call our neighbor Carter's Corral at (925)933-4138 whose stall/paddock combos are $325/month)
All horses are fed THREE times per day, owner choice of premium 100% grass hay, 100% Alfalfa, and/or Oat Hay (or an Oat Forage Mix.)  Elk Grove Stable Mix is available for lunch time feedings at an additional charge. 
All horses enjoy deep bedding, cleaned daily. 
All clients have use of turnout paddocks, 60’ covered and uncovered round pens, the 3 arenas, and of course the EBRPD and MT. Diablo State Park trail system.  
All boarders are required to pay a “Last Month” (called a “Deposit” in the boarding contract) prior to or upon arrival at Leap of Faith Farms.  The “last” ensures our 30-day notice is respected.  All horses must have a signed Boarding Contract and most recent vaccination record on file prior to arrival at Leap of Faith Farms.  
A particular stall may be held empty in anticipation of your arrival for a non-refundable rate of $200/month

SHORT TERM BOARDING POLICY:
Due to increased demand, we have revised our short term boarding policy.  It is as follows:
1)  Every horse without a one month deposit on file pays $30 per day (or part of day) that their horse is on site.
2)  Stays of one month duration will be in either large paddocks ($795) or small paddock ($745) stalls only, and they will be billed at that rate (not at $30 per day.)
3)  Stays of two month duration may, in addition to the large or small paddock option, stay in an interior ($625) or exterior ($695) box stall, and both months are payable in advance.
Any short term boarders (2 months or less) will be responsible for any waterers or overhead pipes their horse may break during their stay at $100 per breakage, including the first incident.

This side of the barn has the veterinary treatment area and isolation/foaling stall, as well as two farrier areas (opening to the backside) at each end.  Each end of the inside aisle has two 6’ crossties and one 12’ tack room for saddles & bridles.  There is also an additional 12’ crosstie at the north end, and a 12’ warm water washrack in the center as well as a (human!) air conditioned bathroom.  All stalls are top-half grilled to the aisle, and most are top-half grilled to the side (a few are solid to the side) allowing for increased ventilation, light, and socializing between horses.

A long row of MD stalls facing the outdoor arena on the east side.  There is a porch overhang in front for shade and rain protection.  There is one 12’ tackroom and two 6’ crossties, as well as a cold water wash rack adjacent.  All stalls are top-half grilled to the front, and most are top-half grilled to the side (a few are solid to the side) allowing for increased ventilation, light, and socializing between horses.

This is a pipe barn “mare motel” that is now only available for incoming horses to the Leaps and Bounds Horse Assisted Therapy Center.
