Leap of Faith Farms is an incredible barn:
Not only do we enjoy the best possible location, with gorgeous views and outstanding trails, but we also have the best group of boarders imaginable. Many people think it's impossible to have high quality with down to earth, yet we have just that here at LFF. We believe it is the combination of many different disciplines that makes the atmosphere so easy-going.... Endurance competitors, western pleasure, show jumpers, retired horses, dressage riders, arabians, reiners, Parelli-devotees, and pleasure horses all combine for a rich, varied, and friendly atmosphere. Our boarders' ages range from kindergarden to AARP, and our horses range from Icelandics to Lusitanios, Thoroughbreds to Quarter Horses. We guarantee that if you come by for a visit, anyone you talk to -- staff or client -- will be kind and helpful. We are happy to say that is just how it is around here!
Our boarding rates range from $595 to $795 per month, and we currently do have openings for new boarders. Please click the additional links at the top of the page to see a full range of rates and services. (Owners may elect to have their horses enrolled in any of our several levels of additional service programs: Blanketing, clipping, daily supplement feeding, medication administration, turn-outs, lunging and more are all available but not required.)
You do not need to be in training or use additional services to be here -- in fact, about 2/3 of our boarders are NOT "in training" with anyone!!!
Formerly known as Pine Creek Equestrian center, Leap of Faith Farms was fully renovated in 2005. It is beautiful, clean, and well kept. Its size, location, and amenities make it truly unique among boarding facilities in the San Francisco Bay Area. We are proud to say that every single one of our employees has been with us for over a year and a half, and all of them are very helpful and horse-aware.
No other facility can offer the hundreds of miles of direct trail access, 240’x80’ Indoor Arena, 110’ x 210’ Outdoor Arena, 110’ x 220’ Covered Arena, covered and uncovered Round Pens, full short-side span of mirrors, and over a dozen large turnouts that Leap of Faith Farms proudly offers its clients. All stabling has deep bedding cleaned daily, deep automatic waterers, and premium feed. Daily care and attention is paid to the footing in all arenas, with the result that we have some of the best footing to be found -- whether for dressage, recreational pleasure riding, grand prix jumping, or western performance.
Leap of Faith Farms is also about just having fun. There are always things going on, whether free Peet's Coffee, a costume contest, or a BBQ... and our easy accessibility means this is the best barn for you, whether you live in Walnut Creek, Clayton, Concord, Alamo, Lafayette, Danville, San Ramon, Martinez, Orinda.... or even Berkeley, Piedmont, Oakland, or San Francisco. So go ahead, stop by anytime, and see what everyone has been talking about...
